Council meetings are held in the council chamber, located at 415 Lemay Street, Clarence Creek.

The maximum occupancy load is 67 persons, as per the Fire Code, Subsection 2.7.1.4.


Regular council meetings are also broadcast live on the City of Clarence-Rockland Facebook page.


The meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:00 pm in order to allow for a closed session. 

The portion of the meeting that is open to the public begins at 7:15 pm.
