WHEREAS some residents have raised concerns with regard to the date restrictions for the parking or storage of recreational vehicles or trailers in residential driveways; and WHEREAS the Zoning By-law currently provides that a recreational vehicle or trailer may be parked or stored in a driveway between May 1st to October 31st; BE IT RESOLVED THAT the administration be mandated to provide a report outlining the process and timelines that would be required to change these dates to April 1st to October 31st.c.Notice of motion presented by mayor Mario Zanth and seconded by Councilor Carl Grimard to mandate the administration to evaluate the period for the full refund of the performance deposit.
